During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), order processing may take 3-5 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience.
If there is any delay in processing your order (e.g., out-of-stock items, payment verification issues), we will notify you via email or SMS within 24 hours.

We currently ship to US. For other regions, please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping availability.
